Stay in Our Luxury Country Home (Coming Spring 2022)

This is our own home that we have been lovingly renovating since late 2019. The Pandemic has slowed us down but we aim to begin privately renting our home out to clients from Spring 2022.

 

Still  a work in progress, the house was originally built in 1700 and was renovated in late 1990's by adding an extra floor. The property is situated on six acres of land and has 5 bedrooms on 1st floor and 1 guest bedroom on ground floor with en-Suite and utility room. The House has 3 bathrooms which have been finished to a high-standard in marble with modern utilities.

 

The Bedrooms are functional and are decorated to a high standard with modern facilities. The Kitchen leads out onto a large terrace with spectacular views of the Sabine Hills. Work is currently happening with the installation of a large heated swimming pool/private sunbathing area and further works are planned this year which include an upgraded terrace accessible from the kitchen and Wellness centre located beneath the house adjacent to the large wine cellar.

Our home is 36km North East of Rome in the Comune of Torricella in Sabiina which is approximately 45 minutes drive from the Centre of Rome. The property is also in the centre of Italy with destinations such as Florence, Naples etc only a couple of hours drive away. The property is also only 1 hour from the beaches of Pescara on the east coast or Ostia on the west coast. In the Winter, if you like skiing or snowboarding (which we do) the house is only a 1 hour drive from the slopes of Ovindoli and Campo Felice.

The weather in Torricella matches that of Rome and the seasons are identical with beautiful blue skies from April to October. Once we begin renting we can then provide the full suite of bespoke tours, holiday home rental and holidays to our beloved Italy and Rome.
